By accessing and using Neverlands services, including but not limited to our Minecraft servers, Discord community, website, mobile applications, tournaments, partnership programs, and any associated digital platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Service Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary by region and platform. No guarantees are made regarding service uptime or availability.
3. User Accounts
Account creation, management, and security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

Store purchases, ranks, and digital items

All purchases of virtual goods, ranks, cosmetics, and services are final and non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed for use within our Services only.
5.2 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers
- Refunds are granted at our sole discretion for technical issues only
- Chargebacks will result in permanent service termination and account ban
- Virtual goods are non-transferable between accounts

All participants in Neverlands tournaments and competitive events must adhere to specific rules:

- Respect tournament organizers and staff
- Arrive on time for scheduled matches
6.2 Prize Distribution
- Prizes are distributed within 30 days of tournament completion
- Tax responsibilities fall on prize winners
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to modify prize pools
Event Modifications
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any tournament or event at our discretion. Event rules may be updated at any time, and participants are responsible for staying informed of current rules.
7. Partnership Program

7.1 Partnership Requirements
To qualify for our partnership program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- No history of serious rule violations

Partnership Termination

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our Services are owned by Neverlands or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Account Termination Consequences: Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data without notice. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Service Disclaimer: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Governing Law
Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
