How do I join the Minecraft server?
Use the IP 'play.neverlands.in' in your Minecraft multiplayer menu. Supported versions: 1.16x - 1.21.8x
Where can I report bugs or issues?
Use our Discord server's #bug-report channel or create a support ticket in #ticket-query. Include your Minecraft username, server version, detailed description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or videos are appreciated as well.

How can I become a staff member?
Staff applications open periodically. You must be 16+ years old, active for at least 3 months, clean disciplinary record, and active in our community. Watch #announcements for application openings. We look for helpful, mature players who understand our vision.
Is the server cracked? How do I register?
Yes! We support both premium and cracked Minecraft accounts. Cracked users need to register with /register <password> and login with /login <password> each session. Premium users are automatically authenticated. Lost your password? Contact support for a reset.
Why can't I connect to the server?
Try these troubleshooting steps in order: Restart Minecraft completely, check server status at neverlands.in/status, clear DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns on Windows), disable VPN/proxy if using one, update to the latest Java version, or try the direct IP. If issues persist, join our Discord for personalized help.
How do I join events & pvp modes?
