General Conduct
Our Discord community is a place for friendly gaming discussions, collaboration, and fun. All members are expected to treat each other with respect and maintain a positive environment.
Do's
- Be polite and respectful to all members
- Use appropriate channels for topics
- Help and support fellow community members
- Keep discussions in English for moderation purposes
Don'ts
- Use offensive language, slurs, or hate speech
- Harass, bully, or intimidate others
- Spam messages, flood channels, or use excessive @mentions
- Share inappropriate or NSFW content
Content Guidelines
Hate Speech & Discrimination
Zero tolerance for content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Harassment & Threats
Threats of violence, doxxing, stalking, or any form of harassment. This includes coordinated harassment campaigns and personal attacks.
Explicit & Illegal Content
Pornographic, sexually explicit, graphically violent, or illegal content. This includes links to such material and discussions of illegal activities.
Advertising & Self-Promotion
No unauthorized advertising, self-promotion, or referral links. Community events and content may be shared in appropriate channels with staff approval.
Voice Chat Rules
Technical Considerations:
- Use push-to-talk when requested
- Mute yourself when not speaking
- Test audio before joining main channels
- Keep soundboard usage reasonable and appropriate
Behavioral Guidelines:
- Speak clearly and at appropriate volume
- Wait for your turn to speak
- Be mindful of background noise
- Respect others' speaking time and opinions
3. In-Game Rules

These core principles apply to all gaming activities within our community, regardless of the specific game being played.
Fair Play Standards
- Play by the game's official rules and mechanics
- Respect all players regardless of skill level
- Accept wins and losses gracefully
- Help newcomers learn the game mechanics
- Communicate constructively with teammates
Prohibited Behavior
- Cheating, hacking, or using exploits
- Harassing, bullying, or toxic behavior
- Intentionally feeding, throwing, or AFK
- Spamming chat or voice communications
- Impersonating staff or other players
Reporting System
Use in-game reporting systems for rule violations. For serious offenses or if in-game reporting is unavailable, contact community staff with evidence (screenshots, videos, etc.).
4. Minecraft Server Rules
Building a positive community on our servers
Building & Construction
Guidelines:
- Build in designated areas when specified
- Respect others' builds and property
- Use appropriate building materials
- Keep builds family-friendly
- Claim your land using available protection plugins
Resource Management:
- Don't strip-mine excessively in community areas
- Leave resources for others in public areas
- Report abandoned bases for cleanup
- Use community farms responsibly
Griefing & Theft
Strictly Prohibited:
- Destroying or modifying others' builds without permission
- Stealing items from chests, furnaces, or other containers
- Trapping players in inescapable situations
- Using lava, TNT, or other destructive items maliciously
- Killing others' pets or farm animals
Server Performance
Avoid excessive redstone contraptions, entity cramming, or lag-inducing builds. Staff may remove builds causing server performance issues.
5. Valorant Rules
Competitive integrity in Valorant matches
Fair Competition
Standards:
- Play to the best of your ability in all matches
- Communicate effectively with your team
- Respect ranked and unranked matches equally
- Use proper callouts and game terminology
Prohibited:
- Intentionally sabotaging your team
- Using third-party cheating software
- Exploiting game bugs for unfair advantage
- Queue dodging or AFK during matches
Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
Zero Tolerance Policy:
- Any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited
- Account sharing or boosting services are not allowed
- Smurfing (playing in lower ranks than your skill level) is discouraged
- Collusion with opponents or teammates for unfair advantage is forbidden
Vanguard System:
Valorant's anti-cheat system runs at the kernel level and monitors for unauthorized modifications. Attempting to bypass or interfere with Vanguard will result in permanent bans from both Riot Games and our community.
6. Duet Night Abyss
Cooperative gameplay in our custom game mode
Gameplay Guidelines
Cooperation:
- Work together with your partner effectively
- Communicate strategies and plans clearly
- Support each other's playstyles and decisions
- Coordinate abilities and resources efficiently
Prohibited:
- Leaving matches prematurely
- Intentionally sabotaging teammates
- Using exploits or game-breaking bugs
- Refusing to cooperate with your assigned partner
Custom Mode Rules
Mode-Specific Guidelines:
- Follow the unique objectives of Duet Night Abyss
- Respect the cooperative nature of the game mode
- Report any technical issues to staff immediately
- Maintain good sportsmanship throughout matches
7. Enforcement Policy
How rules are enforced and violations handled
Enforcement Stages
Rule violations are handled through a progressive enforcement system. Severe violations may skip intermediate stages.

Appeal Process

8. Account Security
Protecting your account and personal information
Password Security
Strong Passwords:
- Use at least 12 characters with mixed case
- Include numbers and special characters
- Avoid common words or personal information
- Use unique passwords for different accounts
Account Protection:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Never share your password with others
- Log out when using public computers
- Report suspicious activity immediately
Account Sharing & Recovery
Account Sharing Prohibited
Sharing accounts with friends, family, or third parties is strictly forbidden. This includes temporary sharing, selling accounts, or allowing others to play on your account. Account sharing may result in permanent bans.
Account Recovery
Keep your recovery email and phone number up to date. We cannot recover accounts lost due to compromised credentials or shared access. Recovery requests are handled on a case-by-case basis with proper verification.
9. Content Creation
Guidelines for creating and sharing content
Content Standards
Quality Content:
- Create original and engaging content
- Respect copyright and intellectual property
- Use appropriate titles and descriptions
- Tag content appropriately for discoverability
Community Guidelines:

Monetization & Partnerships
Creator Program:
Content creators may apply for partnership programs with clear disclosure of sponsored content. All partnerships must be approved by staff and clearly marked as sponsored or promotional.
Disclosure Requirements
Clearly disclose any sponsorships, affiliate links, or paid promotions in your content descriptions and video titles. Failure to disclose may result in content removal and partnership termination.
10. Trading & Economy
Rules for in-game trading and economic activities
Trading Guidelines
Fair Trading:
- Complete all trades in designated areas
- Use clear and specific trade agreements
- Verify items before completing trades
- Report suspicious trading activity
Prohibited Practices:
- Scamming or deceptive trading
- Trading real money for in-game items
- Exploiting market imbalances
- Coordinated market manipulation
Real Money Trading (RMT)
Strictly Prohibited
Buying, selling, or trading in-game items, currency, accounts, or services for real money is strictly forbidden. This includes all forms of RMT, gold farming, and account boosting services.
Consequences
RMT activities result in permanent bans for all involved accounts. We cooperate with payment processors and law enforcement for RMT investigations. Virtual items have no real-world value.
11. Tournament Rules
Competitive gaming tournament guidelines
Registration & Eligibility
Requirements:
- Valid Neverlands account in good standing
- Meet minimum skill level requirements
- Accept tournament terms and conditions
- Available during scheduled tournament times
Disqualifications:
- Active bans or disciplinary actions
- Using alternate accounts to compete
- Previous tournament violations
- Failure to meet entry requirements
During Competition

- No cheating, hacking, or unauthorized modifications

Streaming & Broadcasting
Tournament matches may be streamed or recorded for community viewing. Participants consent to having their gameplay featured in tournament broadcasts and highlights.
Prizes & Rewards
Prize Distribution:
Tournament prizes are distributed within 30 days of completion. All prizes are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Prize Forfeiture
Prizes may be forfeited for tournament violations discovered after completion. Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify prize pools or distributions.
12. Moderation Guidelines

Professional Standards:

Staff Authority & Limitations
Authority Scope:
- Issue warnings, mutes, and temporary bans as outlined in enforcement policy
- Remove inappropriate content and restrict access to community spaces
- Assist users with technical issues and provide community support
- Escalate serious matters to senior staff or administrators
Limitations
Staff members cannot access private user data, share personal information, or make unilateral decisions on permanent bans without senior approval. All moderation actions are subject to review and must follow established procedures.
13. Reporting & Appeals
How to report violations and appeal decisions
Reporting Violations
How to Report:
- Use in-game reporting systems when available
- Contact staff directly through appropriate channels
- Provide detailed descriptions and evidence
- Include timestamps, usernames, and context
What to Include:
- Screenshots or video evidence when possible
- Exact usernames and platform information
- Date, time, and location of the incident
- Your account information for follow-up
Appeals Process
Appeal Requirements:
- Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the decision
- Provide new evidence not previously considered
- Demonstrate understanding of violated rules
- Explain how you will comply with rules going forward
Appeal Review:
Appeals are reviewed by senior staff members not involved in the original decision. The review process typically takes 7-14 days. You will be notified of the outcome via the contact method you provided. Appeal decisions are final and cannot be further contested.
14. Community Events

- Disclose sponsorships and affiliate relationships clearly
- Do not offer exclusive access or pay-to-win content
- Maintain fair representation of games and community
- Report monetization activities to staff for approval
16. Platform Requirements

Account Standards
Basic Requirements:

- Unique username not violating naming policies
- Age-appropriate content access based on platform

Prohibited Accounts:
